  • ❗ “No” → Urgent alert
    
    

  • ⏳ No response → Missed alert notification

Caregivers who opt in also receive these as text messages: an immediate alert if a check-in is missed or the person says they are not okay, plus an optional daily summary. Text alerts require ticking a consent box at app.thesafeathome.com, are never a condition of using Safe at Home, and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
